The role of Head of Quality Control is to manage the quality control and inspection team across the full range to ensure quality and accurate sizing to maximise demand and minimise returns
Technical Requirements
To spec, fit and seal all styles

in line with critical path dates
To add the branding /labelling to each garment in line with agreed brand definitions
Understand the overall reasons for returns and take all possible actions to minimise returns rates
Oversee the inspection of all deliveries. Agree and action any rectification work required
