Role Overview:
As a Team Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary staff team within our eight-bedded secure children's home. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of care for young people while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and trauma-informed practice
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of 21 residential staff, fostering a culture of solution-focused and trauma-informed practice
Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring effective deployment of staff and resources
