In particular, this position will focus on advising the health sector. Our client has a great reputation as an employer and as having a really modern approach, whilst they offer access to some incredibly high value and complex work, they are not a firm that expects unreasonable results or particularly long hours so you really could have a great work life balance whilst undertaking outstanding quality work as part of a national team. The role will be incredibly varied both in terms of the work on offer and the clients you will be dealing with and will include both contentious and non-contentious work. You would be advising on a wide range of employment matters including internal disciplinary & grievance processes, reviewing policies, procedures & contracts, conduct of and/or support on employment tribunals, advising on TUPE processes and supporting business development. You would be responsible for your own caseload as well as working as part of a team.
