Head of Team / Family Supervising Solicitor [Solicitor or Legal Executive] 3 years PQE +

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Solicitor for our Leeds office to join and assist with developing our expanding team.

Your Profile:

You will have experience in the following areas of family and childcare law:-

1. Care Proceedings and PLO matters


2. Divorce and finances


3. Private Law Children


4. Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders


5. General family matters, unmarried couples, cohabitation disputes.

We would like the ideal candidate to:

• Be 3+ years PQE.


• Be Children Panel Accredited.


• Be able to lead and supervise a growing team


• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.


• Be competent and willing to undertake your own advocacy.


• Have a following preferred.


• Be willing to work towards panel accreditation.


• Be prepared to network and create new business.

What we are seeking: -

1. Someone who will hit the ground running.


2. Understand legal aid.


3. Undertake and generate private paying work.

We have a dedicated in-bound telephony team to take calls and messages for our fee earners.
