£35,000 - £40,000 + Christmas bonus + Door to Door + Benefits

Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Pump Service & Installation Engineers based in the Leeds area or surroundings, interested in working for a local specialist engineering service provider.

As Service & Installation Engineer you will cover the UK and provide service and installation support to customers including food manufacturers, hospitals and other industrial settings and applications.

This position is service based with travel paid so there is extensive opportunity to increase your earnings above your basic salary.

Role Profile

• Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of pumps, motors, and associated equipment.
• Installation and commissioning of new pump systems.
• Diagnosing faults and performing corrective action to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
• Providing excellent customer service and technical support.
• Completing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Desired Engineer Profile

• Proven experience as a Pump Engineer, with knowledge of servicing, repairing, and installing pumps (industrial / vacuum pump experience preferred).
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose and repair faults.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering (desirable).
