We are evoke, one of the world’s leading betting and gaming companies. The Group owns and operates internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888, and Mr Green and we're looking for an experienced Procurement Transformation Lead to optimise ways of working and driving operational excellence.

Our Procurement Team sits within the evoke Finance function and are responsible for the management of third party spend across the Evoke group, supplier governance and associated processes surrounding this area. Including sourcing, category management, contracting & supplier life-cycle management and related spend disciplines.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting our substantial Property & Estates portfolio and ensuring value delivery as part of our Group Services & Retail team
  • Supporting our retail business, through value creation & cost control activities, from contract renewals, planning & executing RFPs, to benchmarking and negotiation activity
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their evolving business needs & build relationships with key suppliers to drive innovation and value
  • Contributing to embedding sustainability, supplier innovation, and risk management in our ways of working is a key focus of this role
  • Analysing internal and external data to identify opportunities, efficiencies and risk mitigation activity & leveraging market intelligence and supplier insights to support effective decision-making
  • Using procurement tools, AI and analytics to enhance spend visibility and monitor supplier performance.

  • Some experience in a procurement or sourcing environment, preferably with exposure to Property & Estates, construction or similar categories such as property, construction, facilities management (FM), construction, retail, or professional services
  • Attention to detail & able to organise and prioritise tasks, you'll have analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders and suppliers
  • Some experience or exposure to procurement technologies (e.g., contract management or spend analytics tools) is beneficial. You'll have a proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
