CNC Miller – Precision Engineering

Salary: £30,500

Hours: 37 per week, day shift

A well-established precision engineering company in Leeds is looking to recruit a skilled CNC Miller. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, well-equipped workshop where you'll be machining complex components using high-spec materials and cutting-edge CNC technology.

The Role:

• Set and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
• Optimise machining processes using Fanuc controls
• Work with challenging materials, including Inconel
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Liaise with the quality team to ensure parts meet strict specifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller within a precision engineering environment
• Confident using Fanuc or Haas controls, with knowledge of G & M code
• Comfortable working with exotic or high-performance materials (Inconel experience ideal)
• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused approach
