We are looking for a Document Automation Analyst to lead the implementation of automation technology and software, enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes.
Automation is a key investment area, as adopting technology is fundamental to our 3-year growth strategy. In this newly created role, you will influence our automation processes and make an immediate impact.
You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated document generation systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in legal document creation.
You'll build key relationships across the firm to collaborate with legal teams to understand their requirements for automation.
Document automation is becoming a pivotal development area to drive quality and efficiencies, so having an inquisitive and technical mind to look for document areas to improve will be essential to your role. You will use your technical and analytical skills, to implement solutions that streamline document production workflows to reduce manual effort and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- As the Document Automation Analyst, you will:
- Document Automation Development: Design and develop automated document templates and workflows using document automation software. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and version control for all automated document processes and systems.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with legal teams to understand their document generation needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and update existing document automation systems to ensure they meet current legal standards and business requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on automated documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to legal staff on the use of document automation tools and systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance document automation efficiency.
We are looking for:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in document automation software (e.g., Avvoka , Contract Express, DocuSign), Desirable programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and database management.
- Legal Knowledge: Understanding of legal terminology, document types, and compliance requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address document automation challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in automated documents.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the legal sector, with a proven track record of of using Avvoka preferred.
