About the Role:
Join our Commissions Team as a TPI Reconciliations Analyst! You'll manage risk and TPI positions, ensuring accurate reconciliations and supporting strong relationships with TPIs. This role offers a chance to contribute to high-quality reporting and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recovery of exposed TPIs and reduce balance sheet positions
- Identify contracts needing mid-contract reconciliations
- Calculate and process accurate reconciliations onto TPI invoices
- Collaborate with the TPI team to meet invoicing deadlines
- Work with Sales teams to plan communication with TPIs
- Provide high-quality reporting and business partnering
- Contribute to TPI Balance Sheet and Provision Models
- Investigate and report on monthly variances
- Improve data integrity and reporting across the business
- Interpret and explain performance to stakeholders
Skills:
- Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines
- Excellent data analytical and process improvement skills
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Highly numerate with effective communication skills
- Proven leadership and management abilities
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting, financial accounts, or similar finance disciplines
- Accounting (or similar) degree preferred
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant
