About the Role:


Join our Commissions Team as a TPI Reconciliations Analyst! You'll manage risk and TPI positions, ensuring accurate reconciliations and supporting strong relationships with TPIs. This role offers a chance to contribute to high-quality reporting and business partnering.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage recovery of exposed TPIs and reduce balance sheet positions

  • Identify contracts needing mid-contract reconciliations

  • Calculate and process accurate reconciliations onto TPI invoices

  • Collaborate with the TPI team to meet invoicing deadlines

  • Work with Sales teams to plan communication with TPIs

  • Provide high-quality reporting and business partnering

  • Contribute to TPI Balance Sheet and Provision Models

  • Investigate and report on monthly variances

  • Improve data integrity and reporting across the business

  • Interpret and explain performance to stakeholders



Skills:

  • Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines

  • Excellent data analytical and process improvement skills

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Highly numerate with effective communication skills

  • Proven leadership and management abilities


Experience and Qualifications:



  • Experience in accounting, financial accounts, or similar finance disciplines

  • Accounting (or similar) degree preferred

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant
