The Role Of Senior Recruitment Advisor
This will be an initial 9 month fixed-term contract.
Career track and level: IC2
The Recruitment team plays a critical role within Glean, ensuring the organisation attracts the best talent to deliver on our mission to make comprehending and retaining knowledge quicker and easier for everyone.
As Senior Recruitment Advisor you’ll work closely with the Recruitment Business Partner to understand role requirements and ensure recruitment processes run smoothly, as well as supporting other areas, such as gathering recruitment data and identifying new candidate attraction opportunities.
You will manage a Recruitment Advisor to form a collaborative partnership capable of handling the hiring processes leading to high quality hires in a reasonable timeframe.

We’ll have weekly 1:1s and regular contact so you feel continually supported throughout your journey at Glean. We offer plenty of learning and development opportunities for you to grow.
Responsibilities
- Creating new roles within Glean’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Publishing adverts to Glean’s careers page
- Screening applications; progressing or rejecting as required
- Meeting with candidates for screening interviews
- Coordinating with hiring managers and other interviewers to schedule interviews and obtain feedback for candidates
- Identifying new advertising platforms and opportunities to promote Glean’s employer brand
- Maintaining Glean’s recruitment KPIs to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Supporting the Recruitment Business Partner with queries from the business
- Recruitment administration including; responding to emails within the recruitment inbox and maintaining Glean’s ATS
- Coordinating with external agencies
- Keeping up to date with recruitment best practice
- Gathering and reporting on monthly recruitment data
What can you expect in the first few months?
We have a very supportive and comprehensive onboarding process at Glean to ensure you feel settled into your new role.
Alongside the responsibilities listed above, we have a pretty exciting major project taking place this year and this is something you’ll support the Recruitment Advisor on, working closely with Glean’s Major Projects Lead.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years' experience within a recruitment role, preferably internal recruitment
- Experience of being in a managerial or supervisor capacity
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- Effective communication and people skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical skills and data management
If you have experience hiring into technical roles such as Software Engineering this would be an added bonus, but isn’t essential.
Salary And Benefits
£37,000 - £41,000 dependent upon experience
