At Care Fertility Leeds, we are looking for an exceptional embryologist to join us as a Laboratory Manager at the largest clinic in the Care Fertility Group.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Lab Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of our embryology services, from managing and coordinating your team’s workload to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest quality standards. Most importantly, you’ll help us deliver exceptional patient care, every single day.

You'll lead by example – calmly, confidently, and competently – even under pressure. Your role won’t just be about overseeing the lab; you’ll also support with complex cases, support patients, and provide guidance when it really counts.

What We’re Looking For

  • A senior HCPC-registered embryologist, ideally with experience as a Lab Manager.
  • A strong leader with proven management skills and a passion for teamwork.
  • A clear communicator who can explain processes and expectations with clarity and compassion.
  • Someone with impeccable attention to detail, who always follows best practice – and expects the same from others.
  • A continuous improver who’s not afraid to suggest new ideas for improvement.

Location/Benefits:

This is a full-time role across 5 days per week, including some weekend sessions based at Care Fertility Leeds, Seacroft Hospital, York Rd, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 6UH.

  • Salary of up to £71,050.00 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 33 Days annual leave (inc. public holidays)
