The Role

We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (Ideally with some Motion Graphics experience)

Are you a talented graphic designer with a flair for design and a passion for delivering exceptional creative work under pressure? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and love owning projects from start to finish? If so, we want you to join our team as a Graphic Designer

What You’ll Do:

As the Designer, you’ll be a key member of our creative studio, leading occasional motion graphics and video projects while maintaining the highest standards of design. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll work across a variety of briefs and ensure your work exceeds expectations, all while staying aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead as the graphics expert, handling animation and video briefs with creativity and precision.

  • Champion our brand guidelines, particularly in video, ensuring all projects are on-brand and visually consistent.

  • Develop and maintain video and animation brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all outputs.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their vision, interrogate briefs, and deliver innovative and high-quality creative solutions.

  • Take ownership of projects, driving them from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet creative and business goals.

  • Collaborate with fellow designers to bring your concepts to life, ensuring a seamless flow from idea to final artwork.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and drive key creative campaigns across a range of formats and channels.

  • Manage relationships with external video agencies, ensuring video style, branding, and assets remain consistent with in-house standards.

  • Create and maintain animation and video templates to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues, offering guidance, training, and support to help them grow creatively.

  • Stay current with the latest design and animation trends to ensure your work remains fresh and innovative.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with motion graphics and animation experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical expertise.

  • High proficiency in Adobe After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Solid commercial experience in delivering creative design solutions that meet client briefs and business goals.

  • Experience in stakeholder management, working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to present and articulate creative concepts effectively.

  • Knowledge of video editing and print processes would be advantageous.

  • Strong strategic thinking, balancing creativity with the practicalities of execution.

  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design and animation trends.

Key Traits:

  • Creative, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality work.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a collaborative approach.

  • Ability to see the bigger picture while managing the finer details of your projects.

Why Join Us?

If you’re looking to take your motion graphics skills to the next level and play a central role in delivering exceptional creative work, we’d love to hear from you. This is your chance to work with a dynamic team, contribute to exciting projects, and help shape the creative culture of our studio.

Apply now to be part of our innovative team and take ownership of projects that matter. We can’t wait to see what you’ll create!
