I'm working with a fast-growing start-up who are accelerating the resale and recommerce industry. The company offers an end-to-end solution that combines the ease of modern tech with expert valuation and customer-first service. They are looking for a customer-facing Product Manager to come in and bring the product to life.

As the Product Manager, you will set the vision, defining what the product should look like and re-create their websites. Working closely with the Head of Product, this position has a lot of autonomy; you will assess their data and analytics hub and help steer what the future of the product will look like.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the full product lifecycle, from end to end.

  2. Turn high-level business goals into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables.

  3. Manage and continuously refine their websites for international markets.

  4. Define and own the vision and roadmap for key product areas, driving maximum value and impact.

  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to review existing processes, uncover improvement opportunities, and shape solutions that align with strategic objectives.

  6. Prioritise initiatives and features to maintain strong alignment with the overarching product strategy.

  7. Leverage analytics tools and customer insights to pinpoint areas for growth, optimisation, and innovation.

  8. Support the marketing team to unlock new access levels and insights.

  9. Facilitate scrum ceremonies and champion the customer perspective throughout the product development process.

Requirements:

  1. A background in CMS or Hubspot, with familiarity in A/B testing from a customer's perspective.

  2. Experience working in a start-up/scale-up environment.

  3. Experience building and scaling products into multiple markets.

  4. Proven experience managing and articulating key data insights and analytics to scale users.

  5. Extensive experience working with multiple stakeholders at an international scale.

  6. Clear and confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.

*Due to the high volume of applications, not all applicants will receive feedback
