Summary of role


  • To work within the team to create design solutions for our full range of clients and will be responsible for:
  • To work with the wider team to deliver high quality creative solutions.
  • To interpret and develop client briefs alongside the team.
  • To provide guidance to junior members of the team.
  • To continually develop technical skills appropriate to the role.
  • To present creative concepts in a thoughtful and articulate manner and deliver presentations to clients.
  • To support in the delivery of projects.
  • To take a leading role in the guardianship of our largest client.
  • To support the Creative Director and Northern Artillery team in the development and guardianship of the Northern Artillery Brand.
  • To act in the best interests of Northern Artillery at all times.
Responsibilities
  • To lead in the guardianship of a key client.
  • A very good grounding in design principles
  • Industry awareness
  • Understanding of basic finance
  • To interpret and develop client briefs alongside CD/PM
  • To produce new work for and maintain the high standards for an established brand system
  • Ability to deliver/produce at pace
Skills

• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a creative environment

• Experience of being part of a team winning client pitches

• Experience designing for both print and digital (screens/web)

• Experience in working with existing brand guidelines

• Experience in content creation

• Adept in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop)

• The ability to articulate concepts and ideas to the wider team and clients

• Ability to self manage

• The ability to create and deliver creative pitch presentations

• An eagle eye for detail

• The ability to demonstrate thinking and process

• Speak informatively about design
