Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our overall team in achieving targets and delivering an outstanding brand experience to new and existing customers.

  • Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner via our events marketing channel
  • Answer customer enquiries and provide product information
  • Assist customers in making their purchase decisions
  • Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolution
  • Sales Support:
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Process new customer data accurately and efficiently live at your event
  • Maintain a neat and organised event stall at all times
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock checks
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and services.
  • Stay updated on client branding and key messages
  • Educate customers utilising your in depth training
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining sales records
  • Help in preparing sales reports as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
