About the role:


We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of key marketing campaigns and initiatives. Acting as the engine behind our campaign execution, you’ll coordinate activity across multiple channels, liaise with agencies and suppliers and help ensure Vintage Cash Cow and our in-house auction house, Luxoris, receives timely and effective marketing support. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping campaigns on track, creative assets delivered and communications flowing smoothly across stakeholders.

Getting Started...



  • Build relationships with internal marketing leads, external suppliers and agency contacts.

  • Learn about our marketing channels, project management systems and how Vintage Cash Cow and Luxoris fit into campaign planning.

  • Start supporting campaign tracking, status updates and coordination of smaller scale initiatives across digital, print, email and internal.


Establishing Your Impact…



  • Act as a central point of coordination between teams, suppliers and agencies to keep work moving.

  • Ensure marketing activity for Luxoris is well planned, communicated and aligned with campaign calendars.

  • Maintain high levels of organisation across documents, reports and campaign systems.


Driving Excellence…



  • Take ownership of elements of campaign execution, from booking media and briefing creative, to tracking timelines and managing deliverables.

  • Help elevate the visibility and performance of Luxoris through targeted, on-brand marketing activity.

  • Be reliable support across the team, helping spot inefficiencies and drive improvements in how we work.


Key Responsibilities

Key Goals & Objectives:



  • Coordinate campaign activity across internal teams and external partners, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Support the visibility and marketing success of Vintage Cash Cow and Luxoris through seamless planning and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support with agency and supplier relationships, including day to day coordination, scheduling, briefing and managing feedback cycles.

  • Ensure all Luxoris marketing requirements are captured, documented and aligned with wider campaign plans.

  • Maintain and update key campaign tools such as Notion and Google Suite.

  • Work with the wider brand team to brief, organise and manage asset delivery across campaigns.

  • Collate and share campaign updates and reports with relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and next steps.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for Luxoris auctions, shoots and product features.

  • Coordinate internal marketing meetings, take minutes, manage auctions and support follow up tasks.

  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform future campaign planning.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential Skills & Experience:



  • Proven experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator, or campaign support role.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A creative yet focused approach, with the ability to generate fresh ideas while adhering to established brand guidelines.

  • Excellent written, proof reading and verbal communication skills.

  • Confident in collaborating with creative, commercial and external partners.

  • Foundational knowledge of both offline and digital marketing channels, including creative workflows and processes.

  • Proactive and self motivated, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
