The Vacancy


Fixed Term Contract: 6 Months


Are you skilled in administration and want to engage in a customer-focused role?


Leeds Federated is seeking a proactive and organised Casework Administrator to support our Resolutions Team over a 6-month fixed term. This is a great opportunity to support vital casework that makes a real difference to individuals and communities across our services.


You’ll play a key supporting role, keeping our complex casework on track, liaising with partners, and ensuring we meet key deadlines and objectives.


What you’ll do:



  1. Support the resolutions team in delivering positive outcomes for high-priority cases

  2. Coordinating and attending case work meetings

  3. Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions

  4. Conducting research and preparing briefing notes

  5. Logging and updating all casework on internal systems

  6. Supporting with document preparation, correspondence, and reporting

  7. Acting as a point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders

  8. Monitoring case-related costs and referrals to support agencies

  9. Identify good practice and highlight areas for improvement
