This is a hybrid role – you’ll split your time between the office, travelling to key client sites, and working remotely.

What We offer:

  • Opportunity to build our sales function from scratch, impact sales strategies, and shape the future of the business from day one.

  • Hybrid setting to ensure you keep work-life balance.

  • Collaborative and supportive Leadership.

  • Competitive salary based on your experience and skills.

  • Bonus (100% of the base salary) when the targets are met.

  • £5k car allowance.

  • 5% pension.

  • Private health insurance.

  • Life assurance.

  • Quarterly team offsites.

  • Unlimited growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Consultative sales: Full Sales Cycle, from lead generation to close, understanding clients' needs and aligning solutions to those needs.

  • Marketing: working closely with in-house marketing team to develop persuasive marketing materials for councils, landowners, and customers to promote low-carbon solutions.

  • Industry events: Represent the company with enthusiasm at conferences, exhibitions, and industry activities.

  • Strategy input: Provide key insights into customer requirements and market trends, helping shape business plans and sales strategies.

  • Team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, sharing your insights and supporting business-wide initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least three years of relevant experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or marketing, ideally within fleet operations or energy.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to effectively present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Industry knowledge: Experience working with commercial vehicle fleets (preferably LCV/HGV), energy technology, or related fields is a bonus.

  • Proven success: A track record of sales achievements and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Desired Experience:

  • Sales or experience in selling electric vehicles, fleet management software, or alternative fuels is highly desirable.

  • Basic understanding of energy technology, charging infrastructure, and alternative fuels (e.g. BEVs, HGVs, charge points).

This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact on one of the most exciting growth sectors in the UK – decarbonising road transport. If you're ready to bring your expertise, passion, and energy to a mission that matters, apply today.
