As Management Accountant, you'll be responsible for preparing, developing, and analysing relevant P&L accounts and Balance Sheets. You will develop a deep understanding of the actuals and be able to explain root causes of variances to budget/forecast/prior year.

But enough about us. Let's talk about your new role with Lowell.
As Management Accountant, you'll be responsible for preparing, developing, and analysing relevant P&L accounts and Balance Sheets. You will develop a deep understanding of the actuals and be able to explain root causes of variances to budget/forecast/prior year.
Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- P&L and Balance Sheet intercompany reconciliations
- Review accounting entries and reconciliations, to ensure that entries have been accurately processed giving a robust balance sheet position
- Managing the Intercompany Matrix, investigating and correcting imbalances
- Adherence to Transfer Pricing rules both in-region and cross-region
- Government reporting, such as HMRC VAT invoice reporting
- Liaising with Treasury/AP/AR teams to ensure timely payments are made and are allocated appropriately
- Liaising with the Treasury Operational Accountant to ensure loan balances are correctly reflected in the books
- Liaising with Treasury to ensure internal Revolving Cash Facilities (RCF's) are managed and accounted for accurately, in accordance with group interest rates
- Support with Internal and external group and statutory audits, to provide timely, informative data
- Previous reconciliation experience is essential
- Experience or understanding of Intercompany
- Financial Services background and transfer pricing experience is desirable
- An ability to interrogate / analyse large data sets
- Previous Oracle / SAP / ERP experience
- Resilient and adaptable to change
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
