Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic business analysis and functional consulting across large-scale digital and business transformation programmes for clients in the automotive and energy industries.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Contribute to the successful design and implementation of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, IoT, and digital platform solutions.
• Lead or manage workstreams within medium-to-large transformation programmes, coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Craft innovative business solutions and execution roadmaps that drive measurable value and transformation for clients.
• Support agile and waterfall project delivery, applying deep knowledge of the full project lifecycle.
  
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, particularly within technology and business change initiatives for automotive or energy organisations.
• Background in consulting or industry roles with hands-on experience in managing business and IT alignment.
• In-depth understanding of digital disruption, marketplace models, and the evolution of industry ecosystems.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and guiding delivery in global and distributed environments.
