This role will lead a dedicated team and drive continuous improvements in eBilling processes. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance office presence with remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Team Supervision: Directly supervise the eBilling team, including workload distribution, training, and development.


• 
  Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough performance reviews and action planning to ensure continuous improvement.


• 
  Invoice Management: Ensure timely upload of invoices and compliance with client billing requirements.


• 
  Process Improvement: Continuously enhance eBilling processes and workflows for greater efficiency.


• 
  Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries.


• 
  Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

• 
  Prior eBilling Knowledge: Supervisory experience in eBilling is desired.


• 
  Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• 
  Financial Acumen: Experience in accounts, reconciliation, and financial applications.


• 
  Technological Awareness: Good IT skills and general technological awareness.


• 
  Problem-Solving: Strong query resolution skills and attention to detail.


• 
  Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively towards common goals.

  Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and driven to improve at all times.
