We’re Hiring: 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant – Leeds

Location: Leeds, Hunslet
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
On-Call: 1 in every 3 weeks
Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – parking provided right outside the door!
Salary: Negotiable – based on experience (DOE)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Industrial recruitment team in Leeds. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle – from winning new business and developing client relationships, to sourcing, placing, and managing candidates within the industrial sector (e.g., warehousing, manufacturing, production).
Key Responsibilities:
Full 360 recruitment – business development, candidate sourcing, client servicing
Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
Visiting client sites to understand requirements and ensure service delivery
Placing temporary and permanent staff into industrial roles
Managing on-call duties on a rota basis (1 week in 3)
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in 360 recruitment (ideally in the industrial or similar sector)
Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driven, target-focused, and resilient
Must drive and have your own vehicle – client visits are a key part of this role
