We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work side-by-side with the CEO and senior leadership team. This isn’t just a back-office role — it’s the heartbeat of execution, innovation, and transformation.

About You:

You're a rare mix of strategist, operator, and catalyst. You’ve got the intellectual firepower to shape high-level decisions and the grit to deliver real-world results — whether that’s launching an R&D pilot, unblocking a cross-functional bottleneck, or facilitating a high-stakes strategy offsite. You’ve seen inside fast-growing startups, consulted on business transformation, or helped scale innovation in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the CEO’s strategic right hand — helping steer quarterly priorities, aligning teams, and delivering high-impact results


• Lead a portfolio of innovation and R&D projects, including international pilots


• Make collaboration seamless across the company by spotting friction points and proactively solving them


• Drive our operating rhythm — from monthly reviews to whole-company workshops and offsites


• Use tech tools and sharp insights to accelerate decision-making and streamline execution


• Work across functions to turn bold ideas into reality, fast

What You Bring:

• A mix of academic smarts (degree + relevant masters or equivalent experience) and real-world experience (5+ years)


• Time in consulting, startups, or innovation-focused roles


• Strong writing, planning, and communication chops — you can turn chaos into clarity


• Comfort in energy, infrastructure, mobility, or clean tech sectors is a plus


• Willingness to travel and be present at least 2–3 days a week in our Wakefield HQ
