Our Client is currently looking for a Service Repair Coordinator to join their small and highly valued team.

Senior Service Coordinator (Industrial Doors) Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, offering a professional, organized, and positive welcome. Respond quickly and efficiently to client requests for urgent assistance or status updates.
- Take full responsibility for coordinating all installation, repair, service, and maintenance works for customer sites across the North Central region, specifically for industrial and commercial doors, including loading bay equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule mobile engineers to attend client sites, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the planning and coordination of all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Contracts, including generating and submitting quotations for works. Communicate with suppliers to secure components, delivery dates, and prices, and place purchase orders. Ensure quotations are both profitable and delivered on time.
- Communicate directly with clients to confirm receipt of quotations, answer any queries, and secure purchase orders to move forward with services.
Senior Service Coordinator (Industrial Doors) Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in service coordination and effective labour planning.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines while maintaining a high level of service.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with a creative mindset and a customer-centric approach. Comfortable communicating with clients at all levels and building strong relationships.
- Ability to manage mobile service vans, coordinate engineers, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team, supporting administration functions for the busy depot while helping to ensure smooth operations.
- The candidate must be within a commutable distance to the Leeds office and able to attend in-person 5 days a week.
