Team: Team Member Service Centre ¦ Cox Automotive Product & Technology Group
Do you thrive on solving complex tech issues, love providing exceptional service, and enjoy working with cutting-edge workplace technologies? If so, we’ve got a role that could be your perfect next move.
At Cox Automotive, our Team Member Service Centre (TMSC) plays a vital role in keeping our technology running smoothly for every team member across the UK and Europe. We’re on the hunt for a Workplace Technology Support Analyst who’s passionate about IT support, device management, and delivering VIP-level service with a smile.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the team, you’ll be the go-to person for second-line support—bridging the gap between the front-line Service Desk and our technical infrastructure teams. You’ll:
-
Provide remote and on-site support for team members across the UK and Europe.
-
Deliver white-glove, VIP-level support to our Senior and European Leadership Teams.
-
Configure, secure, and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
-
Keep our tech compliant and up-to-date using tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
-
Make sure our meeting rooms, Teams Rooms, and shared IT equipment are always good to go.
-
Spot opportunities for automation, process improvements, and self-service solutions.
This role isn’t just about fixing tech—it’s about enabling people to do their best work with the right tools in the right way.
What You’ll Bring
-
Hands-on experience with enterprise-level IT support for Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile devices.
-
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams and Entra ID (Azure AD).
-
Experience using MDM tools like Intune, JAMF, or SCCM.
-
A solid understanding of networking basics—VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP—you know the drill.
-
AV and meeting room tech know-how (bonus if you’ve worked with Teams Rooms setups).
-
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
-
A customer-first mindset with experience supporting senior stakeholders.
Why You’ll Love It Here
-
Be part of a future-focused team committed to innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
-
Collaborate with a friendly, cross-functional team across the UK and Europe.
-
Take ownership and make a real impact on the way we work and support our people.
-
Enjoy the flexibility and support of a global business that values tech and talent alike.
