Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)


We have an incredible opportunity for a customer focussed individual to join a well established fashion company based in Leeds who supply to small retailers across the UK and internationally.


Looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Services professional to join an existing team of 4, reporting into the Customer Service Manager. This varied role will involve both team collaboration and independent responsibility. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service while managing order queries, tracking production, and maintaining clear communication across departments.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions via phone and email (shared inbox)


  • Occasionally meet clients at the head office


  • Advise customers on garment lead times and manage expectations


  • Handle order queries, amendments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner


  • Support the onboarding process for new customers


  • Maintain a customer-first attitude in line with company ethos




  • Update and manage production tracking sheets


  • Liaise with overseas production partners regarding garment timelines and specifications


  • Monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery


  • Coordinate with operations and internal teams for smooth dispatch and returns


  • Ensure alterations and special fit garments are completed on schedule


Customer Service Advisor Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally




  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential


  • Strong ability to empathise with clients and build positive relationships




  • Comfortable handling challenges with a calm, solution-focused attitude


  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to manage conflict effectively




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy


  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


  • Experience or knowledge of the manufacturing industry is beneficial


  • Proactive with a can-do attitude and willingness to improve processes




  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks


  • Punctual, reliable, and capable of prioritising workload effectively
