Civils Supervisor – Main Contractor
Birmingham to Newcastle covering the North of England £50,000 per annum

TS Recruitment is working with a leading Main Contractor to recruit a Civils Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to increase earnings and develop your career

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all civils and groundworks on new build projects with values from £6-12 mill
- Read technical drawings and liaise with the no1 Project Manager / Site Manager
- Manage direct labour & subcontractors, offering technical guidance
- Ensure quality control & maintain accurate project documentation
- Conduct site inductions & toolbox talks
- Typical work will include earthworks, deep excavations, utilities, car parks and slabs for new build care home projects
- Order materials and maintain commercial awareness
- Support and learn from senior site management
- The role will including working away from home as sites can be from the Midlands to Newcastle
About the Company:

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong technical knowledge of civil works
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A background as a groundworker or site Engineer
- Good IT skills & ability to complete technical reports
- A Full UK Driving License
