Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a growing construction business in Leeds looking for an experienced Construction Buyer to join their commercial team.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects, with a focus on sourcing materials like bricks, blocks, and lintels; working closely with both site and office teams.

The role:

• Purchasing materials and plant to meet project schedules


• Sourcing competitive quotes and negotiating with suppliers


• Managing deliveries, plant hire and supplier relationships


• Liaising with site and commercial teams to plan ahead

You’ll need:

• Experience in construction buying or supply


• Strong knowledge of materials (especially bricks, blocks, lintels)


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills


• A proactive, detail-focused approach
