Senior Delivery Manager - #1684651
Zenith Vehicles

Zenith is the UK’s largest independent vehicle solutions provider and a leader in the transition to sustainable vehicle solutions. Our business is built on innovation, technology, and most importantly, our people. With an ambitious £25 million investment program driving our growth and transformation, there has never been a better time for a Senior Delivery Manager to join us!
We’ve made significant advancements in our data transformation - migrating to Azure, consolidating data into our modern data warehouse, and now we are building a powerful, scalable BI architecture centred around Power BI to enable enhanced self-service analytics. This is an exciting time as we mature our data capabilities and strengthen our impact across the business.
WHATS THE ROLE?
To support our ongoing development, we’ve created a new Senior Delivery Manager role within our Data & BI team to lead and evolve our data delivery practice. You will be the face of successful delivery across the Data & BI portfolio, with ownership of the end-to-end change process, from demand management and requirements gathering to solution design and implementation. Your role will include managing priorities, engaging with senior stakeholders, and driving clear, actionable delivery plans. You’ll lead collaboration across technical teams and business stakeholders, champion delivery best practices, and actively contribute to our ongoing data innovations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Scrum Master at heart, with a strong focus on delivery excellence.
- Scheduling and facilitating Agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Monitoring team progress and performance, helping identify and implement improvements.
- Managing dependencies across vendor deliverables and internal team plans.
- Motivating the BI/Data team, fostering collaboration and high morale.
- Identifying and removing obstacles to maintain steady delivery flow.
- Maintaining focus on key priorities that drive successful product and service delivery.
- Encouraging continuous improvement of delivery processes and team practices.
- Evaluating and implementing the best delivery methodologies suited to the team’s needs.
- Working closely with contracted suppliers and effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies, including those outside direct team ownership.
If you’re passionate about data, strategic delivery, and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
