Rockstar Leeds is on the lookout for an energetic, self-motivated and organised Runner to join the company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, possess a passion for customer service, resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar's unique game development studio in the heart of Leeds, England.


WHAT WE DO


  • We are a busy and organized team who ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Leeds studio.
  • We support the Company's goals and values, demonstrating them in all work activities and interactions.
  • We are focused, we anticipate the needs of the studio to provide positive and efficient support to the studio and our visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will change on a daily basis, and you will be expected to assist the studio as needed. This will include:


  • Running general errands including coffee and lunch runs.
  • Handling and distributing deliveries and mail.
  • Refilling stocks and supplies as needed.
  • Collecting documents, photocopying & scanning.
  • Assisting the support and management teams.
  • Keeping the office area tidy and well presented.
  • Monitor and respond to emails.
  • Maintain admin processes and procedures to ensure that all records are kept up to date with accuracy.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively and communicate with all relevant parties of work/status changes.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient on MS Office 360 Applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong typing and ICT skills, web and tech literate.

SKILLS
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining grace under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team and demonstrate a high level of teamwork and customer service.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
  • Organised, multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise as set by lead.
  • Strong attention to detail and hold the ability to keep company records up to date with accuracy.
  • Have a positive can-do attitude!

  • Experience working within the Creative Industries - video games, film, television, music.
