Are you ready to lead and innovate in the field of electronics design? We’re looking for an experienced Principal Electronics Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll guide talented engineers and work on cutting-edge technology in power electronics, embedded systems, and LED lighting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the design and development of analogue electronics, SMPS, and embedded systems.
  • Mentor and support a team of engineers, promoting best practices and innovation.
  • Oversee system integration, including power control, HMI, and lighting solutions.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges including EMC, thermal management, and compliance.
  • Approve designs, documentation, and testing procedures for high-performance products.
  • Drive continuous improvement and stay up to date with industry advancements.

Experience required:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering (Master’s/PhD desirable).
  • Significant proven experience of electronics design experience, including SMPS and power systems.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficiency in SPICE, Matlab, Altium or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and product development best practices.

Desirable:

  • Experience with embedded systems, lighting control protocols (DALI, DMX), or IoT.
  • Familiarity with energy harvesting, wireless power, or automated testing.
