Credit Controller
Contract: 6-month fixed term contract, full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
Location: Home based, fully remote
Salary: £23,809.50 per annum
As a Credit Controller at Medigold Health, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health of our business by managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring the timely collection of payments. You will be responsible for maintaining positive and professional relationships with client billing teams, following up on outstanding invoices, and resolving any billing queries efficiently and effectively.
Drawing on your experience in credit control and financial data management, you will confidently handle large volumes of transactions, liaise directly with client accounts departments, and collaborate with colleagues across the Finance, Customer Service and Relationship Management teams to investigate queries and maintain accurate records.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to contribute to the smooth running of our finance operations while working independently in a fully remote role.
Requirements to this role
Essential:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK and live in the UK
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent (A-C in Mathematics and English)
- Experience in Credit Control roles
- Experience of dealing with large volumes of data and financial information
- Knowledge of Outlook and intermediate to advanced Excel
- Excellent numerical skill and attention to detail
- An ability to use initiative and to work independently
Preferable:
- Knowledge of SAGE or similar billing platforms although training will be given
- Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
