Job Title: Signage Fabricator Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 (DOE) ️ Full training provided on specialist machinery

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run signage manufacturer in Leeds with a reputation for high-quality fabrication and a supportive team culture. Due to growing demand, they’re now looking for a Signage Fabricator to join their busy workshop.

This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in metalwork or fabrication, particularly aluminium, who’s looking to grow in a specialist field. No signage experience needed—just the right attitude and a solid understanding of workshop tools.

What you’ll be doing:

• Fabricating and assembling aluminium signage components

• Operating machinery including chop saws, guillotines, and press brakes

• Using hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing

• Supporting wider workshop duties and working collaboratively with the production team

• Learning on the job with full training provided

What we’re looking for:

• Background in metal fabrication, engineering, or similar practical trade

• Confidence using fabrication tools and machinery

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• A team player with a willingness to learn and take pride in craftsmanship

Schedule: Monday – Friday (day shifts)
