As an Administrator II, you will be a key contributor to the efficient delivery of services and the maintaining high level of exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you will coordinate service requests and serve as a liaison between customers, management, and service teams to ensure timely and effective communication. Your focus will be on delivering a consistently high level of customer service, while also managing administrative functions.
You will be responsible for making outbound collection calls, processing payments, and utilizing various software systems to track and update records. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining spreadsheets, updating customer information, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Provides high-level administrative support to members of management.
- Collect and respond to requested data and information from various sources
- May conduct research (within skills and expertise) to assist with projects or inquiries related to services, accounts receivable or other task as assigned
- Coordinates and schedules repair, filter or maintenance services
- Answer phones with a high level of customer service
- Responds to and resolves customer issues
- Performs other administrative task, updating operating systems, performing outbound collection calls, working with members of management and technicians.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Detail-oriented and professional.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level understanding of office equipment.
- High level customer service experience.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.
- Exceptional Written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, familiarity with the roles and function of the assigned department, and any specifically applicable laws or guidelines.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in a related role required with some supervisory experience preferred.
