Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts effectively support product launches and sales initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
- Enhance brand awareness and positioning through integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and PR.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and media.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring all marketing efforts are focused on delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Marketing Director role at Infopro Digital Services Limited will possess the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and content strategy.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools, with a strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation to achieve business goals.
- Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis methodologies.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- A strong network within the industry and a keen awareness of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
