We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of one (or more) of our key disciplines – Finance, Operations & Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain & Logistics, or HR – and shape the future of regional recruitment across Yorkshire.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and grow a specialist desk within your chosen vertical – Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain or HR.


• Develop strong client relationships across Yorkshire, offering a consultative, partnership-led approach.


• Partner with a highly collaborative team, sharing leads, insights and supporting each other’s success.


• Use our advanced CRM (Bullhorn), data tools and support infrastructure to maximise your impact.


• Help shape the Leeds office culture and growth, alongside a team with big ambitions.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in recruitment – ideally in a professional or technical market.


• A consultative, relationship-driven approach.


• A self-starter with the desire to grow something long-term.
