The role of Administrator can contribute within several teams at Global including Driver Services, New Account Set Ups, Rentals and general Fleet Administration.

What You Will Do
The role of Administrator can contribute within several teams at Global including Driver Services, New Account Set Ups, Rentals and general Fleet Administration.
Duties Can Include But Not Limited To
- Assist in managing shared email inboxes
- Providing exemplary administrative support and a friendly and reliable interface to our valued customer base
- Completing relevant documentation, accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Effective communication internally and externally, making phone calls, writing letters and generating emails
- Creating reports and analysing transactions
- Assisting other departments where help is needed with admin responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Methodical and process driven
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Work well under pressure especially during peak periods
- Good numeracy & literacy skills
- Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages
- Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload
