This is a pivotal role, which will work across several departments, to ensure high quality services are delivered across the business, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, employee development and adherence to policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

• Inspire high performance levels through understanding business practice and service offerings, ensuring expectations are met by all department and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure performance and standards within the business align with the companies goals and objectives.
• Provide support to the Account Management and Business Development teams to help achieve profitable growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the companies operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Monitor performance against targets, set and develop KPIs.
• Provide leadership by setting performance standards, coaching and knowledge sharing.
  
  

What Do You Need To Be Successful...

• Successful track record in similar business or role, ideally from within the vehicle leasing / rental industry.
• Methodical and process driven
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
• Work well under pressure especially during peak periods
• Good numeracy & literacy skills
• Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages
• Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload
