About The Role

At SBFM, we are passionate about delivering outstanding cleaning and facilities management solutions, and we're looking for a dynamic leader to take responsibility of our latest national contract with a major retail business within UK and ROI.

As a key part of our operational team, you will drive performance, inspire teams and build strong client relationships. If you are commercially savvy, people focused and ready to take ownership of the success of this new contract opportunity, we would like to hear from you.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Actively demonstrate SBFM's values and consistently lead by example
  • Build strong, trust based relationships with customers at a senior level to ensure open communication and confidence in SBFM's delivery
  • Represent SBFM at weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, providing detailed performance analysis and insight driven reports
  • Ensure that the contract is management inline with site specific budgets and structures
  • Drive effective teamwork thought structures business reviews and clear communication cascades
  • Proactively manage divisional profit and loss accounts, explaining variances and developing action plans for resolution
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial performance through innovation, technology and productivity enhancements
  • Embed company processes and operating disciplines across all field teams
  • Coach and develop teams to ensure exceptional people management practices
  • Develop internal talent to ensure a strong succession pipeline
  • Translate SBFM's vision into actionable regional plans and measurable objectives
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and share best practices across the business
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the marketplace and competitors to support commercial growth
  • Build and leverage internal and external networks to drive effective collaboration and results
  • Deliver strategic presentations to the executive team as required

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI) to drive decision making and improvements
  • Proven leadership experience with teams across multiple levels, preferably within FM.
  • Experience engaging with senior level internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with frontline operatives from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of the FM sector is advantageous, though not essential
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance against KPI's and SLA's
  • Experience managing suppliers and driving service excellence
  • Ability to understand complex processes and implement improvements
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Financial acumen, including budget management and P&L accountability
  • A full UK drivers licence and willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland.
