Aerospace Sales Representative
Location: Leeds-based (UK-wide travel)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £60k OTE

We’re recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised distributor of industrial and construction supplies, seeking an Aerospace Sales Representative to drive growth and maintain key relationships across the UK aerospace sector.
This role suits someone with a background in aerospace, aviation, or aircraft repair and a passion for sales. You’ll be supporting existing clients while developing new business opportunities. After a full onboarding and training period, flexible working may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with aerospace and aviation customers
- Deliver against a defined sales strategy and exceed targets
- Support customer onboarding and quality processes
- Respond to RFPs and RFQs promptly and professionally
- Oversee inventory, order processing, and logistics
- Inspect aerospace components and hardware kits to customer specs
- Carry out local deliveries using a company vehicle
- Maintain high standards of safety, sustainability, and housekeeping
What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driver’s licence and ability to meet company driving standards
- An associate degree in Business/Marketing or 2+ years’ relevant experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to travel as required
- Comfortable with hands-on and physical tasks
