Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to take the lead on exciting new projects in their Leeds office. If you’re ready to step into a role with real responsibility, variety, and the chance to mentor others—this is it.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage small to mid-scale building surveying projects from end to end
- Deliver high-quality technical design, reports, and specifications
- Lead on building surveys, party wall matters, feasibility studies, and contract administration
- Guide and support junior team members
- Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure all work complies with ISO 19650 and JCT contracts
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Building Surveying (MRICS preferred)
- Proven experience in building surveys, project delivery & client management
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of building regulations and construction practices
- Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team
