What you will be doing...
As our new Graduate Product Innovation Executive, you’ll support the development of new products and services to attract new customers and enhance the holiday experience. You’ll be actively involved in bringing the best new ideas to market.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely across all Jet2holidays departments to identify new product opportunities, collating new ideas and owning initial research, making recommendations on which ideas to prioritise and progress.
- Support the implementation and development of new and existing products, while contributing to research and the creation of business plans or strategies for their development, launch, and promotion.
- Assist with projects of various sizes by helping to keep track of timelines and deadlines, making sure new products are launched smoothly and on time.
- Work closely with multiple departments and suppliers to help projects stay on track, support important project meetings, and assist with creating and sharing presentations to Jet2holidays stakeholder teams.
What you’ll have:
- High level of verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the business.
- A reliable and organised team player who can also work independently and manage own workload efficiently.
- Ability to conduct detailed research and document and summarise findings.
- Highly numerate, analytical, and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment and travel abroad on their own, when required.
- Placement year experience within business environment or involvement in developing and launching new customer propositions is essential.
