What you will be doing...
We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Privacy Co-ordinator to join our Data Protection Team. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing and coordinating the team’s task prioritisation including managing Subject Access Requests, incident management and addressing any Privacy related queries from customers and colleagues.

What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll contribute to reviewing, developing, and implementing internal policies.
- You’ll maintain records of data processing activities and help our growing business comply with data protection laws.
- You’ll assist with privacy inquiries from customers and colleagues.
- You’ll assist with completing and managing DPIAs including follow up tasks and ensuring remediations are completed.
- You’ll ensure appropriate administration of Subject Access Requests (SAR) process in line with the GDPR and the ICO guidance.
- You’ll co-ordinate the privacy training for the business.
- You’ll maintain records of data processing activities to ensure compliance with data protection laws as our business grows.
What you’ll have:
We’re looking for somebody with knowledge and proven experience in data protection compliance and who can demonstrate a passion for data protection and privacy-related matters.
- You’ll have strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact with the stakeholders at all levels.
- You’ll be detail-orientated with a high level of accuracy and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- You’ll have the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
