What you will be doing...
As our new Software Engineering Manager, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll work closely with the Delivery Team members to ensure our projects are delivered as effectively as possible.

What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll manage a number of highly skilled Software Engineers across multiple agile development teams including Scrum Masters, Lead Software Engineers and Test Team Leads.
- You’ll provide coaching and ensure that consistent processes and practices are being followed across the development team.
What you’ll have:
- You’ll have a technical background with an understanding of software development techniques and testing approaches in a DevOps environment.
- You’ll have a good understanding of microservices architecture, automation testing and modern tooling such as Kubernetes, Docker and Cloud technologies.
- You’ll have experience of planning and delivering technical projects in a fast-paced scaled agile environment.
