What you will be doing...
As our new Junior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll be working as One Team across the business to capture, document and translate business needs, ensuring the appropriate requirements are analysed and documented for each initiative. The work you deliver will allow us to continue to improve customer experience, increase operational efficiency and maximise profit as the business continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing:
Our Junior Business Systems Analyst will work with ‘off-the-shelf’ third-party software solutions, meaning you will be more focused on the technology aspect of the solution. You’ll need to take into consideration how it will integrate and impact our current infrastructure, security, and architecture.
- You’ll have the ability to use a variety of requirement elicitation techniques and documentation, ensuring business processes are fully understood.
- You’ll define and document IT system dependencies and integration.
- You’ll consult throughout the project lifecycle and post-implementation to ensure solution design, business requirements and IT Strategy are satisfied.
- You’ll work with vendors to understand their solutions and their suitability for our business requirements.
- You’ll support the tendering process (RFI and RFP) to identify a suitable vendor and solution.
What you’ll have:
- You’ll possess strong stakeholder management skills.
- You’ll have the ability to build and maintain fantastic working relationships with third-party suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
