Position: Client Relationship / Sales / Business Development / Relationship Manager
Location: Leeds - Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Package: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission
Job Purpose
Join QA as a Client Relationship Manager. Your focus will be to expand your account base through prospecting for new business and nurturing existing clients, utilizing sales techniques from our in-house sales academy and on-the-job coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically prospect new business and nurture existing clients to maximize high-value and long-term opportunities.
- Lead client meetings to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Analyze sales data to prioritize your sales pipeline effectively.
- Design high-level creative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Drive commercial discussions, prepare quotes and proposals for client approval.
- Assess the strategic value added to client accounts.
- Develop strategic relationships with C-Suite and senior stakeholders.
About You
You're an experienced client account/relationship manager with a proven track record of meeting sales targets across various products. Experience in B2B consultative sales, solution selling, relationship building, and working under tight deadlines is essential.
