Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Search Executive to join our team, working alongside like-minded specialists to define and deliver impactful paid search campaigns. In this role, you will support the Paid Media Manager in driving performance for our exciting and ever-growing client base, assisting in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search activities across various markets.

Key responsibilities include:

Campaign Management: Play a key role in managing and executing paid search campaigns across appropriate platforms.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to identify and develop strategies aimed at enhancing campaign performance and overall impact on the digital strategy.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Work closely with account teams to provide insightful performance reports and contribute to the creation of compelling client presentations.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Work alongside colleagues across paid media and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient campaign delivery, consistently meeting the agency’s high standards.

Problem Solving: Leverage your analytical skills to troubleshoot challenges, continuously optimise performance, and contribute to the achievement of agency and personal goals.

Execution Excellence: Attention to detail is pivotal in this role to execute global campaigns with precision, ensuring all activities are aligned with client objectives and roadmaps.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re motivated by results, a strong team player, and ready to contribute to the success of a fast-paced agency.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, with a strong understanding of Google Ads; agency experience is preferred but not required.

  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to effectively manage and optimize varying monthly budgets.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with good data analysis and reporting skills.

  • Ability to analyse and understand the data, and provide a clear and detailed summary of results with actionable next steps.

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal teams and clients.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused work ethic, taking the initiative to drive results rather than waiting for direction.

  • A genuine passion for paid search, with a strong desire to stay informed on industry trends and continuously improve skills.
