Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, and wider HR Team, this person will support with all recruitment actives across Mitsubishi Power Europe’s Front Office locations. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide an efficient and consistent experience to both internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the identity of our business, from supporting the recruitment of key positions through to promoting us as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage candidate interview scheduling, ensuring all candidates have a positive experience at Mitsubishi Power Europe by being their main contact throughout the process
- Upload new vacancies onto applicant tracking system (ATS) and initiate approval process in line with the approval procedure
- Arranging interviews on behalf of Hiring Managers, ensuring confirmations are issued to all parties and meeting rooms are booked.
- Supporting with both virtual and face to face interviews, ensuring a consistent and efficient process for all candidates
- Keeping Applicant Tracking System up to date, processing applications in a timely manner
- Promote Mitsubishi Power Europe as an employer, and our job openings across advertising platforms and social media postings
- Act as key point of contact for recruitment agencies and other external partners
- Issue Interview feedback to candidates
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager with the development and optimisation of recruitment systems and tools
- Ensure a high standard of data integrity and confidential record keeping, including RTW checks, referrals and references.
- Represent the company at Graduate and Careers Fairs
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally as part of an internal recruitment team, however agency/RPO experience will still be considered.
- Proficiency with recruitment systems
- Creative mindset, able to write appealing advertisements and social posts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Approachable and great at building relationships with colleagues across multiple countries
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts.
- Excellent organisation skills whilst being able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work cross functionally, perform under tight deadlines, problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads
