Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Design Engineer / Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the design process through various tasks, including creating 2D AutoCAD drawings, developing schematics, and assisting in system design. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for engineering design. The candidate will also assist project manager's in the form of creating RAMS, Site Files etc which training will be provided.

Duties

• Assist in the creation of detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings and schematics for various sized commercial projects.


• Support the design team in system HVAC design processes, ensuring all specifications are met.


• Support project manager's by creating RAMS, Site Files etc.


• Utilise software tools such as AutoCAD, Word, Excel and Outlook.


• Maintain accurate documentation of designs and modifications throughout the project lifecycle.


• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and contribute ideas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software, Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.


• Familiarity with schematics and system design principles.


• Good HVAC knowledge with the enthusiasm to learn more continue developing skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are crucial for success in this role.


• Driving license is desirable.
