THE ROLE IN SHORT:

The Customer Contracts Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales function by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of internal systems and customer solution entitlements. They oversee business and operational compliance, contributing to Deployment, Legal, and Finance requirements to deliver quality for customers and maximize revenue for MCF EEA.

By championing continuous improvement, they help the team remain scalable—seeking opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system automation, and eliminate inefficiencies.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING:

  • Validate, generate and send contracts on behalf of Sales, ensuring they meet compliance standards set by Deployment, Legal, Finance, and Product guidelines.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, solution offerings, add-ons, and pricing structures to accurately validate and process requests.

  • Oversee business compliance for requests involving exceptional in-life pricing or special terms and conditions in contracts.

  • Manage stakeholders when compliance issues arise or bespoke solutions are required to ensure smooth resolution.

  • Monitor contracts sent for signature, taking timely action on expired agreements.

  • Support complex orders and renewals by analysing CRM and platform data, creating opportunities, and providing tailored solutions.

  • Configure systems for complex scenarios, such as multiple billing entities or splitting and linking parent opportunities, to support Deployment and Finance.

  • Handle novation and transfer requests by assessing and validating the request, managing stakeholders, ensuring legal compliance, and actioning platform updates.

  • Process partial, full, or pay-as-you-go contract terminations, validating requests and maintaining compliance throughout the termination process.

  • Confirm contract terminations via email or letter, setting clear expectations and next steps for customers and stakeholders.

  • Provide feedback and coaching to internal teams on non-compliance issues, ensuring continuous improvement in processes.

  • Act as an expert in entitlement balancing, ensuring accurate alignment across accounts and systems.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE:

  • A client-centric mindset, focusing on the needs of both internal and external customers.

  • A solution-driven attitude, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding opportunities.

  • A commitment to continuous improvement, always considering "what’s next?" and challenging conventional ways of working.

  • Calm and confident communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations with colleagues and customers.

  • Sound business judgment to assess opportunities, mitigate potential risks, and make commercially driven decisions.

  • A tenacious, self-motivated, and adaptable nature, with a drive to grow, learn, and stretch yourself.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or German are advantageous.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across teams and business areas.

  • Excellent prioritisation, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle competing demands effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and listen actively.

  • A process-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail and an appreciation for compliance.

  • Resilience under stress, coupled with a team-focused attitude and the ability to provide feedback constructively.
